ADDITIONAL PRINTING SERVICES
Prices subject to change without notice and are for simple setups.
A complicated or intricate setup may increase the cost.

 

Do you guarantee my order will be delivered to me on the day I specify?

Yes and No. What we mean is, we guarantee that we will produce and ship your order so it should be delivered to you when you need it. However, once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipper we can not guarantee delivery of your order on a specified day, normally this is not a problem. However we are not responsible for late delivery or late distribution caused by acts of God or any other cause of loss of revenue.

 

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Yes. We charge the current sales tax rate on orders shipped to a destination within the State of California.

 

Who does the Typesetting and Proofing for my order?

Once your order is placed, we will typeset your copy and show you a proof usually within 48 hours or less. You must return your proof with an OK before we print your order.

 

How about accuracy of my order?

We take pride in our work and use quality control second to none but, sometimes we humans do goof. Therefore it is your responsibility to check your order. Since you have proofed your order before we printed it, you will only have to check for accuracy of the numbers.

 

How can I proof my order?

We will email your proof in PDF format for your approval, if an email is not available we can FAX a proof to you.

 

Can you print my tickets without numbers?

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee a 100% accurate count without hand counting. This would be too costly for our customers. Therefore, unnumbered tickets are guaranteed to be within 3% plus or minus of the amount ordered. It is your responsibility to count the tickets when distributing them to your group members.

 

What numbers do you start at?

Our standard numbering for tickets starts at 001 or 1001. Any other starting number will incur a setup fee of $20.00 unless you are re-ordering additional tickets from a previous order within 60 days. 

For other forms you may start at any number without any additional charge.

 

Can we have our organizations logo on our ticket or form?

Yes, we can add a logo or picture.  
Black and White $15.00
Grayscale, Screened, Tinted or Converted from Color $35.00

For best results your logo or picture should be in the following formats:
Black or spot color ink: Black and White original, 600 DPI, .pcx, .tif, .wmf, .bmp, .png or .gif
Color Pictures or Process Color Images: 600 DPI minimum, .jpg or .jpeg format

 

Do you print tickets in color and what does it cost?

We can print tickets in spot color or process color. Call us for a price quote.

 

I want the "A" ticket with the right hand stub printed with a large number only so we can pin it on a lapel, is that possible?

Sure, we can make the number any size. the only limitation is the stub size.

 

We need a larger stub than what you show on your site, can this be done?

Yes, we can make the stub any size you need, there is a $25.00 set up fee per order.

 

Can you print on the back of my tickets?

Yes we can, call FAX or email for a price.

 

How do I order?

Orders can be placed from our website, by FAX or by mail.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Payment made by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover Card are the quickest. Money orders, cashiers checks, business and personal checks are accepted however, your order will not be processed and printed until your check has cleared.

 

Do you have any other paper colors than what is on your website?

Not at the prices shown, but there are other available colors. Call or email us for a price quote.

 

What about a heavier postcard type paper?

We can do that too. Call or email us for a price quote.

 

Can you staple my order into books?

Yes, there is a set up fee of $20.00 plus:
   Books of 10, 20 or 25 are 13¢ each.
   Books of 5 are 15¢ each.
   Books of any other quantity and un-numbered tickets are 27¢ each.

 

Can you pad my order into pads?

Yes, there is a set up fee of $15.00 plus
  
$.38 per pad, maximum of 200 sheets per pad

 

Can we add an additional line to the Advertising Calendar ad area

Yes. Prices shown include six lines of type. A maximum of three additional line can be added for $2.00 each

 

How long does it take to print my tickets?

That depends on how many you order.
   Orders up to 10,000 take 1 - 2 working days.
   Orders of 10,001 - 50,000 take 2 - 3 working days.
   Orders of 50,001 or more take 4+ working days.

Please remember, your order will not be started until we receive a final proof and payment. Also if your tickets are stapled this will add additional time to finish your order.

 

Can I change to a color ink?

Yes, black ink is included in the prices shown:
To substitute a STANDARD color ink for black add $35.00.
To substitute a PMS color ink for black add $50.00

Can I add a custom name and address on my form?

Yes, prices include up to six lines of type unless noted. Other items have a $15.00 set up fee. You can include three additional lines at $2.00 each. These charges are incurred on the first order only.

 

Can I customize the boxes on my invoices?

Yes, you can customize these boxes with up to 7 indicators for $8.00 or you can use the standard indicators at no additional charge. This charge is incurred on the first order only.
